Not every player has the same time to play, so there could be a ranking of money divided by the minutes played (money/minutes) or something like that.

don't agree with that one : it will encourage players to go all-in with anything, hoping that their luck will raise them fast in this ranking.
(and it might happen !)

Gratjim, I know what you mean, but the ranking could for example start with player that at least spent 120 minutes or something like that.
I'm not really aware about the formula, but there is a system used in the NBA statistics that is really fear and relate the minutes played and the average score.
Or as Ryan said Chips/hands-played whould be good for me
