In suggesting this idea, you sound rather n00by yourself. Everyone is a noob at first, and if people start targeting them because it gets them more chips then it will drive people away from the game.

Seriously though, the higher ranking players do this all the time on the upper tier tables so...
Or maybe instead of winning money, have an "explosion" animation where their avatar used to be before they got kicked out.
